At Gehnay, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 day after payment/order confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

• Within Pakistan: 2-3 business days (major cities), 3–5 business days (other areas)
• Delivery is handled through trusted courier partners such as Leopards Courier

Shipping Charges

• Flat rate shipping: PKR 200 across Pakistan
• Free shipping on orders above PKR 2000 (if applicable)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer Cash on Delivery for our customers across Pakistan. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

While we do our best to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated in case of any delay.
